As the strategic layout entity of Sunrise Group in the specialty chemicals sector, the company leverages the Group’s 20 years of technical accumulation in new energy and new materials to focus on developing ethoxylated functional chemicals. Its core businesses include new energy battery additive materials, photovoltaic/general semiconductor electronic chemical materials, and raw materials for pharmaceutical excipients. It has obtained certifications for ISO Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as well as the international automotive industry IATF16949 Quality Management System.

In terms of manufacturing, Jilin Ruiji takes full advantage of its geographical proximity to PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Base and adopts pipeline-transported ethylene oxide as the main raw material. It operates 8 sets of ethoxylation (propoxylation) units equipped with an automatic production control system and production lines meeting lithium battery-grade standards. At present, Phase I project has achieved an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of ethoxylated (propoxylated) products. Upon full completion of Phase II project, the total plant capacity will reach 96,000 tons per year, further consolidating the Group’s supply chain advantages in the specialty chemicals sector.

In terms of R&D and innovation, Jilin Ruiji fully shares the scientific and technological innovation resources of Sunrise Group and continuously improves its innovation management system. The company was recognized as a High-tech Enterprise of Jilin Province in 2020, a "Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative" Small and Medium-sized Enterprise of Jilin Province in 2021, and accredited as a Jilin Provincial Enterprise Technology Center in 2022.
