Our innovative team leverages cutting-edge interface chemistry, focusing on controllable preparation technology and material chemical engineering technology to ensure structural consistency of products throughout design, synthesis and mass production. Specifically, designed products fully match customer expectations, lab-synthesized products are consistent with theoretical design, and mass-produced products maintain the same structure as trial-produced ones.

Structure-Activity Relationship Data Base

Focusing on interfacial chemical issues among gas-liquid-solid multiphase systems in process industrial manufacturing, long-term research has accumulated data on the structure-activity relationship between molecular structures and product performance. Material R&D is guided by structure-activity relationship research, forming a complete workflow covering structure-activity research, new material development, evaluation, application solution formulation, product optimization and engineering scale-up.

Technology & Material Platform Support

Relying on 10 major technology platforms including polymer molecular structure design and alkoxylation ring-opening polymerization technology, we have built 10 material platforms such as polycarboxylate and polyacrylate copolymers and alkoxylated derivatives, supporting the functionalization and serialization of products as well as adaptability in multiple systems.

Integrated Product Development Transformation

I will continue to deepen the IPD transformation for product development, establish core cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with strategic customers through comprehensive benchmarking to accurately understand and rapidly respond to customer needs. Following the principles of material chemical engineering, we integrate IPD and APQP into our standardized R&D procedures. Starting from early-stage planning, we ensure the commercial success of all products.
