SunFactant W265 is a special multifunctional surfactant. It features low static and dynamic surface tension and favorable foam resistance in water-based systems. Widely applied in inks, adhesives, waterborne coatings and other fields, it delivers excellent dynamic wetting performance.
Improve product yield: Thanks to its high HLB value, SunFactant W265 delivers powerful solubilizing effect on other wetting agents. It maintains long-term stability of cutting fluid and raises its cloud point, enabling the cutting fluid to remain stable under relatively high temperatures, thereby reducing contamination on silicon wafers.
Adapt to the development of crystalline silicon cutting: It provides strong solubilizing effect, raises the cloud point of cutting fluid, improves the utilization efficiency of wetting agents and enhances wetting and cooling performance to meet the requirements of ever-increasing wire speeds.

Store the product hermetically in a cool, ventilated and dry indoor place, protected from sunlight and rain. The storage temperature shall not be lower than 10°C. If stored at excessively low temperatures, the product may turn turbid, separate or even solidify, but this will not affect its performance. Prior to use, adequately heat and thoroughly mix all materials inside the drum or container to ensure homogeneity.
The surfactant is hygroscopic. Once opened, the product rapidly absorbs moisture from the ambient environment. Meanwhile, air entering the drum will cause gradual oxidation, which may lead to darker color or decreased pH value. Therefore, the product shall be stored in a cool and dry place with tight sealing and used promptly after opening. (Under the above storage conditions, the shelf life of unopened original packaged products is 24 months starting from the production date.)
